Recently the world’s most watched crime drama Midsomer Murders aired it’s 100th episode. Titled the “Killings of Copenhagen”, we find the team from England join forces with the crew from the popular Danish crime series “The Killing” to solve a case. Luckily for us the show was partly set in Copenhagen – something that required some authentic, classic scenery. We are very pleased to hear that the Pandul VIP floor lamp has been featured in this episode – you can see it about an hour in. This is testament to the originality and timeless design realised in Jørgen Gammelgaard’s VIP series of lamps – comprising of floor, wall and table formats (if you look really close you can see a Swing VIP in the background, too).

April the second this year marks the day that the famous Danish architect Hans J. Wegner would have been 100 years old.
To celebrate this master of danish design, Pandul has issued a special limited edition Centenary Pendant based on the famous classic Wegner pendant.
To be released in March, the limited edition Wegner Pendant is a beautiful medley of white painted aluminium and a gold coloured metal hanger which combine to create a very special lamp. What’s more is that just 300 of these majestic pieces will be produced for world-wide distribution.
